Because each item is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at our email address with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or refund the affected item.

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Used or opened products (e.g., soaps or candles)
• Personalized or custom bundles
• Sale items

Processing Time

All Nook & Ember items are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or special collections, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.

• International orders: 10–21 business days

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, Nook & Ember is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If your order appears lost, please contact your carrier with the provided tracking number. We’ll always do our best to help locate it.

Local Pickup

If you are local to the Quad Cities in IA/IL - add code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready and I will inform you of your pick-up options.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
